Configure ticket system settings

Ticket Channel Configuration

Where the ticket creation panel will be displayed

Channel where ticket summaries will be posted after closure

Disable to prevent @mentions from pinging anyone in the log message

Ticket Categories

Add categories where new ticket channels will be created. If you add multiple categories, users will see a dropdown to select their ticket type.

Free plans can configure up to 5 ticket categories. Upgrade to add more.

Customize transcript retention period (Premium feature)

Ticket Security

Default is OFF. Users will receive a verification link and a 6-digit code via email.

If enabled, users must verify again each time they open a new ticket (even if they verified before).

Premium

Premium feature. When enabled, verification requests from VPN/Proxy IPs will be blocked.

Global limit across your server. Set to 0 to disable limits.

When enabled, tickets with no messages for X days will prompt users to close or keep open.

Number of days without messages before prompting. If no response within 48 hours, ticket auto-closes.
